San Francisco Cioppino

Cioppino (pronounced chuh-PEE-no) is considered San Francisco's signature dish, and no trip to this West Coast city would be complete without a bowlful. Because of the versatility of the ingredients, there are numerous recipes for it. Cioppino can be prepared with a dozen kinds of fish and shellfish It all depends on the day's catch of your personal choice.
This fish stew first became popular on the docks of San Francisco (now known as Fisherman's wharf) in the 1930s. Cioppino is thought to be the result of Italian immigrant fishermen adding something from the day's catch to the communal stew kettle on the wharf. The origin of the work "cioppino" is something of a mystery, and many historians believe that it is Italian-American for "chip in." It is also believed that the name comes from a Genoese fish stew called cioppin.
You will not believe how easy it is to make this Cioppino. The key to this recipe is experimentation. Be creative with this fish stew: Leave something out, or substitute something new. Serve cioppino with a glass of your favorite wine and hot sourdough bread.

This food looks very nice. It makes my mouth water.

I like sea food. So I want to eat this food in U.S

It is similar Korean food Mae-oon-tang.

Mae-oon-tang made by sea food or river fish. It is very spicy and hot. and so cool.

So in Korea many people enjoy eating mae-oon-tang with soju(Korea traditional alcohol)

Big Sur

The construction of the bridge began on August 24, 1931 and was completed on October 15, 1932.
Before the bridge was opened on November 27, 1932, travelers endured rough wagon roads over precipitous ridges and valleys. The 30-mile (48 km) journey from Monterey to the Big Sur could take three days round trip

Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada mountains of the United States. It is located along the border between California and Nevada, west of Carson City, Nevada. The lake is known for the clarity of its water and the panorama of surrounding mountains on all sides. The area surrounding the lake is also referred to as Lake Tahoe, or simply Tahoe. It is home to a number of ski resorts, summer outdoor recreation, and tourist attractions.
Geography
Lake Tahoe is the second deepest lake in the United States, with a maximum depth of 1,645 feet (501 m), trailing only Oregon's Crater Lake at 1,949 ft (594 m). Tahoe is also the 15th deepest lake in the world, and the fifth deepest in average depth. It is about 22 mi (35 km) long and 12 mi (19 km) wide and has 72 mi (116 km) of shoreline and a surface area of 191 square miles 495 km².
Approximately two-thirds of the shoreline is in California. The south shore is dominated by the lake's largest city, South Lake Tahoe, California, which adjoins the town of Stateline, Nevada, while Tahoe City, California is located on the lake's northwest shore. Although highways run within sight of the lake shore for much of Tahoe's perimeter, many important parts of the shoreline now lie within state parks or are protected by the United States Forest Service.

West region,,,,,

In the west region there are nine states there are some mountains like Rocky mountains,

Sawtooth mountains and Whitney mountains. There are some rivers like Snake River and Salmon River. Also there are so many lakes like Pend Oreille Lake, Coeur d'Alene Lake, Coeur d'Alene Lake and Lake Tahoe.

The west region has some parks like Yosemite National park Death Valley Park. In my opinion, there is one of the best Highways in the world that’s highway 1. Also in California you can see the golden bridge in San Francisco.

Compare to my country

I knew about "U.S is very big nation"
Compare th my country, Korea has 4 seasons. Every region has a similar climate. but just one state in U.S has different climate. For example L.A in C.A. is warm now but Tahoe where I went last weekend it was very cold, besides there was snow. So I was surprised.
And Korea has similar culture in every region. But U.S has very different culture in each region. Because I think U.S has very extensive size area and several races. By the way, U.S has very many tourist attractions. So I want to take a trip around the U.S
I think, the U.S has a great charm for tourists.
